Abdulrasul Mohamedbhai

Director

Abdul Mohamedbhai is the Managing director of XC360 EA Ltd, and he has over 12 years of IT expertise. Abdul’s role is to lead the Kenya team, oversee IT projects and solutions, ensure the operations are running smoothly and efficiently and to strategize the growth of the company. Previously to XC360, Abdul has had vast experience working at different organizations and in various IT job roles, the most recent being with the United Nations Development Programme office in Nairobi.

A cryptic personality that comprises of 1 part creative, 1 part problem solver who barely caches out and ensures he fixes your IT problem, even the one you didn’t know you had, in a way you wouldn’t understand 🙂

Ritesh

General Manager

Ritesh is born and brought up in Mombasa and Nairobi. Having started his career as a ERP technical support engineer, he has handled and been a part of a team that has initiated and completed a number of mid-range ERP projects.

Transitioning to a role of Project Coordination (management) happened naturally as the technical, functional and business skills learnt enabled him to have a understanding on the expectations and deliverables expected by all stake holders.

Gap and functional workflow analysis are where his strengths are majorly, with an affinity to explore and use various RDBMS (MS SQL, Postgres, and My SQL) and No SQL database technologies.

Tracie Kimani

Technical Engineer

Tracie is Technical Engineer at XC360 in Kenya, specializing in User Support and Network infrastructure.

She is of Kenyan descent, born and raised in Nairobi. She studied Information Technology at Strathmore University and thereafter began the journey to her career path. She first became interested in concepts around the IT world when she was in high school, where she attended a Youth in IT conference, and there, she saw computers being infiltrated(ethically), computers being built from scratch, robotics and other interesting stuff. With 6+ years of experience in the field, she has been involved in various projects in the Networks and Security sectors.

Outside work, she tends to enjoy interacting with nature by hiking, travelling, and swimming as well as mentoring youth around her.

Alfred Musau

Technical Support Engineer

Is a technical support Engineer at XC360 East Africa limited. He is an IT graduate from JKUAT with a hands-on working experience of over 6 years with the right skills and techniques in counter attacking the IT world. He is result-driven professional with repeated success in guiding and implementing IT projects.

Cynthia Kiprop

Technical Support Engineer

She is of Kenyan descent, born and raised in Baringo County. She has a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kenyatta University. She has 3+ years hands-on experience on IT and Network Support. She loves solving complex technical issues and keeping herself updated on current trends in IT. During her free time, she enjoys travelling, taking nature walks and reading novels.

Arafa Abdallah

Technical Engineer

Arafa Abdallah is a Technical Engineer at XC360 UK specializing in providing technical support and Customer service to clients and businesses.

She studied Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications at Strathmore University which began her professional career in Information technology. She has 3+ years of experience in system administration, network management, website development and IT support.

Through her career, she has been able to explore, introduce and implement different technical trends that have led to business growth and advancement.

Robert Ngeno

Technical Engineer

Robert is a Tier 1 Technical Engineer at XC360 in Kenya, specializing in Technical User Support and networking solutions.
He is of Kenyan descent, born and raised in Kericho. He was a student at Africa Nazarene University at Rongai where studied Computer Science and thereafter began his career in IT. He’s attraction to computers first came up in primary school and the interest has grown immensely and became a career. Since his introduction to the networking field, the desire to excel in networking lead him to the Cisco Certification program. With 2+ years in the field since completing his studies, he has been introduced into various technologies which have enabled him to grow in the field.
Away from work, he enjoys playing and watching sports, in particular football, travelling and making friends.

Edwin Kiprono

Technical Engineer

Edwin Kiprono is an IT technician at XC360 specializing in IT support and network management. He is of Kenyan descent, born and raised in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia County. He received his education at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University with a Bsc. Business Information Systems and went ahead to obtain his CCNA certification.
He has 2+ years in widespread IT support and network management. Over his working years, he has undertaken several projects in Telecommunication and IT to completion. His interest in the IT field started while undertaking his computer studies classes in high school, since then he worked hard to achieve excellence in the field.

Erick Ayumba

Technical Support Engineer

Erick is of Kenyan descent, born and raised in Western. He studied Information Technology at KCA University and has worked in various industries including health, retail, and IT offering both remote and onsite support with emphasis on network administration, hardware, user support and maintenance. With 7 + years of experience in the IT field Erick has gained interest in IT security and tends to explore more into the field of cybersecurity to cope with emerging trends. Besides work Erick enjoys travelling and meeting new people from different locations while socializing and exchanging real life ideas, watching football especially international and local leagues

Olpha Manono

Technical Engineer

Olpha is a Technical Engineer at XC360 UK specializing in Technical Support.

She is of Kenyan descent, born and raised in Kisii. She studied Bachelor of Science in Informatics at Moi University and began her career in Technology thereafter. What excites her most about this role is the fact that no two days are the same, with each day, there’s a new challenge which gives her a sense of satisfaction after resolving the challenge.

Away from work, she enjoys reading books, traveling, and participating in pageants.

Rodgers Maruti

IT Technician

Rodgers Maruti is an IT Technician at XC360 in Kenya and he specializes in IT Support on both the hardware software and networks front. He is of Kenyan descent, born in Western Park of Kenya and bred in Nairobi. He has a Degree in Information Technology from Kibabii University.
Having a hands-on experience spanning more than 4 years and unparallel passion in technology running back from his young age, Rodgers boosts of being a seasoned tech guru who keenly observes a tech problem and gives the best solution, keeping in the back of his mind the best interests of the clients and their objectives. He draws his deep-rooted passion in technology from his grandfather who believed that technology, especially computers are the solution to every problem that humanity can face.
During his break from computers (something he rarely do), you will find him doing nature walks and organizing visits with friends to children’s homes. His hobbies include doing virtual 3D tours, listening to technology keynotes of big tech companies and TED technology talks and podcasts, checking updates on space explorations and playing video games.

Benard Wabwire

Senior Accountant

Benard Wabwire is a Senior Accountant at XC360 in Kenya and specializes in Finance and Administration.

He is of Kenyan descent, born and raised in Busia County, Western part of Kenya. He studied Accounting at KCA University and began his professional career as an Accounts Assistant with a Pharmaceuticals company, then moved to a Distribution company as an Accountant. Before joining XC360 in Kenya, he had worked for over 10 years as a Senior Accountant with one of the leading ICT companies within Eastern Africa region. Here he also acquired the skills of training and implementing Sage 50 Accounts (UK), an accounting software.

What he enjoys most about the accounting profession is when his customers pay him on time and when he pays his suppliers on time and planning ahead.

Besides work, he enjoys watching National Geographic stuff, sports & more importantly football. He is an ardent Arsenal fan.

Esther Otieno

Telesales Manager

Is the Telesales Manager at XC360 EA Limited in Kenya, she is of Kenyan Descent, born in Kisumu and bred in Nairobi. She studied Business Management has more than 3 years profession in the sales and marketing field, with corporate experience in acquiring and developing new business, build sustainable working relationships and Partnerships. Clear understanding of the sales process, Business Development and Client Management and Retention.

Besides work, she enjoys nature walk and traveling, watching movies and Dancing.

Jane Kang’Ethe

Procurement Administrator

Is a Procurement administrator at XC360 in Kenya She is of a Kenyan descent, born and bred in Kiambu County. She has a Degree in Economics and History from Egerton University and is currently undertaking a CPA Course.

She has3+ years hands-on experience in Procurement, Accounting and Administration.

Outside of office, she enjoys reading and listening to financial blog sand podcasts since financial subjects and markets always fascinates her,teaching kids, traveling and taking nature walks.

Customer Service & Support

Sharon Musitah

Receptionist

She is a Kenyan born and raised in Kakamega, western Kenya. She studied Mechanical Engineering and was in the industry for 3 years and quit due to physical problems.

Later, joined the customer service industry and began this career path with Wishwork Homes Ltd where she worked for 2 years as a receptionist before joining XC360.
She enjoys answering calls from our clients, directing them to the specified engineers, and navigating our visitors and clients around the office.

Away from work, she likes listening to psychologists, traveling, and watching movies.
